Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain client relationships.
· Having very strong communication skills and the ability to handle clients issues and provide solutions.
· The ability to grab opportunities to gain new clients.
· Record all the transaction and conversation into customer care management system.
Skills
Candidate Profile:
o College Degree in Business / Marketing.
o 2-4 years of experience in related role.
o Preferable experience in customer care team or department .
o Preferable experience in sales software (etc: Zendesk) .
o Bilingual Speakers of Arabic & English.
