Job Description

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Partnering closely with the business to ensure compliance to quality standards, oversee audit activities and assist in quality management reviews.
  • Ascertaining customer’s needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely entry of product complaints into quality tracking systems and reviewing and maintaining quality systems and procedures in accordance with best practice and relevant regulations.
  • Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
  • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
  • Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
  • Developing and implementing a strong strategy for acquiring and building strong relationships with key clients.
