Job Description
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Partnering closely with the business to ensure compliance to quality standards, oversee audit activities and assist in quality management reviews.
- Ascertaining customer’s needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of product complaints into quality tracking systems and reviewing and maintaining quality systems and procedures in accordance with best practice and relevant regulations.
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
- Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
- Developing and implementing a strong strategy for acquiring and building strong relationships with key clients.
Skills
– Minimum required experience: 2 years
– Skills: Essential Good interpersonal skills. Time management. Command of English language
– Education: High School Graduate
