Job Description
- Develop and maintain cost control procedures and processes.
- Monitor and analyze project costs.
- Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets
- Track and report on project expenditures and variances.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost control within the mechanical engineering field or 5 years site and administration role
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
