Job Description:**Position Announcement: Corporate Personnel Manager**

**Department:** Human Resources
**Location:** Jeddah

**Summary:**

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Corporate Personnel Manager to administer personnel functions across our manufacturing units. The incumbent will be responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, executing workforce planning initiatives, and overseeing Human Resources operations in alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation, demonstrated experience in managing HR practices across multiple facilities, and the capacity to cultivate a productive and compliant work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Administer employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, contractual agreements, and all relevant documentation across multiple manufacturing locations.
* Ensure strict adherence to all applicable labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, ID Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity) and governmental regulations at both the corporate and plant levels.
* Manage employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution, fostering harmonious industrial relations across all locations.
* Engage with labor unions, facilitate wage negotiations, and administer union agreements, where applicable.
* Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment processes, and employee deployment to effectively meet operational demands at the plant level.
* Standardize HR policies and ensure their consistent and effective implementation across all locations.
* Support periodic performance evaluations and ensure the maintenance of transparent and equitable appraisal systems.
* Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, support internal and statutory HR audits, and monitor key compliance metrics.
* Identify training needs and assist in the implementation of relevant training programs in coordination with the Learning & Development (L&D) team.
* Liaise with HR personnel at individual plant locations to ensure seamless HR operations and alignment with the overarching corporate HR strategy.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* A minimum of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in HR restructuring, strategy development, organizational transformation, and achievement of staffing objectives, including experience in non-HR operational contexts.
* Demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, with a focus on strategic initiatives rather than operational tasks.
* Must be a graduate of Lebanese universities (e.g., LAU, USJ).
