Duties & Responsibilities
Acting as Supply Chain champion to lead S & OP process in terms of preparations, timely activities and leads the monthly S&OP demand and final sign-off meetings & ensures process is followed by all stakeholders
Defines stock cover policy & working capital targets for total inventory given the best balance between R/P materials and finished goods (fully aligned with sales/marketing/finance).
Resolves all exceptions/ constraints within monthly S&OP or at least ensures proper mitigating actions are put in place with all stakeholders to ensure gaps between demand and supply plans are kept to a minimum before the final sign-off with top management
Escalates and drives actions to avoid and minimize potential aging and write-off across supply chain for R/P & FG due to phase-in/phase-out, inaccurate forecasting, sudden changes in activities/New product launches and others.
Monitors and analyzes production & materials plans stability for tactical and strategic planning horizon and advises on recommendations to the team/extended stakeholders on actions to avoid turbulence and implications of unstable supply/materials plans.
Ensures full alignment and co-ordination with central warehousing and fleet on anticipated storage capacity/required rentals and/or any special storage/transportation arrangements triggered by supply or materials plans.
Accountable for 3-5 years capacity planning and proposing different scenarios for demand allocation and investing in new filling lines.
Any other tasks related to the job.

BSc/MSc degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
Prior 10 years of experience of demand and supply planning with reputable FMCG’s Companies
Possess excellent communication skill.
Excellent analytical skills & Results-oriented.
Ability to lead and influence others subordinates,
Customer service oriented & Very good presentation skills.
Proven SAP knowledge especially APO.
Very good knowledge with Microsoft Office package especially excel.
Resilient and work well under pressure.
Flexible with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs of the business.
Excellent with time management
