Duties and responsibilities:
• Graduate of reputable culinary or cooking school and/or has acquired a thoroughexperience on food preparation & handling, kitchen hygiene/sanitation & cookingtechniques.
• Minimum of five (05) years extensive work experience as chef or cook in highstandard hotels and restaurants, preferably in European/Asian/Arabian dishes, salad& desserts as well as baking skills.
• Can easily work & deal with various nationalities or a team player
.• Willingness to work in changing shifts or irregular schedules, ability to multi-tasksand work well under pressure
.• Fast learner & service oriented.OTHER INFORMATION
Skills
Male with pleasant personality.
• Between 30 to 40 yrs. Old.
• Can communicate well in written and spoken English language
.• Physically fit and of good moral character. qualifications.
• They will be working in a residential house in Saudi Arabia.
• The selected candidate will accompany his employer members to their travelabroad – in the Middle East, Europe and America.
• Experience as a Sous Chef.
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
.• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
.• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
