Job Description :

Collect & record the day-to-day transactions in a timely and efficient mannerPrepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivableProcess business expensesAnalyze job costs, working with the operational team to ensure accurate and timely reportingRecording office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budgetSettle Petty cashManage company ledgersManage the treasuryIssue bank checks, Complete bank reconciliations & Verify bank depositsComplete the purchase ordersSort financial documents and post them to the proper accountsEnter financial information into the software programsDeal with the contractors` Work Certificates (المستخلصات) & settling their dues (ـتصفيات العهد) Confirm the balances of contractors and suppliersReport on debtors and creditorsHandle accruals and prepaymentsVerify accounts’ accuracy, trace errors back to their source and do the necessary adjustment entriesKeep a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposesPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, Analyse the present data to identify potential risks/opportunities, then present findings, analyses, and recommendations to the management for useful insights & better decision making

Job Requirements :

Experience in the Construction Sector is a must; Interior Design/Finishing/Contracting/FitoutsExperience in dealing with the contractors` Work Certificates & settling their dues Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/FinanceExcellent Proficiency in ExcelCommunication skills – written and verbalProblem assessment and problem-solvingInformation gathering and information monitoringAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
