Provide strategic legal advice to the team.Draft, negotiate, and review all corporate and commercial contracts.Interpret and implement all contracts and agreements.Promote and protect the company’s business and strategic objectives.Aid in day-to-day office management functions.Manage external stakeholders, like external counsel for litigation, investors, financing institutions, shareholders etc.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a legal professionalQualified lawyers are preferredBackground in utilities or facilities management would be ideal.Strong experience in contract administration and management.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
