Required to join a client developing a large scale industrial project in Kuwait. The successful candidate will work on behalf of the client to develop, manage and report all contractual/commercial activities relating to construction contracts. This will include leading the RFP process and overseeing contract execution to completion.
Applicants should meet the following criteria
A degree in QS, Engineering etc
A proven track record of construction contract management on large scale industrial projects
Expertise in pricing, contract law, contract drafting etc
Good knowledge with standard forms of agreements (e.g. FIDIC)
Experience in supporting engineering services and industrial equipment procurement contracts
