- Carry out relevant duties of managing incoming and outgoing calls as per the assigned schedule.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep the customer interested in the features and utility of a product through effective telephonic communication.
- Develop long-term contacts through qualitative telephonic discussions and conversations.
- Manage a comprehensive call center record by storing data related to all incoming and outgoing official telephonic conversations.
- Provide a delightful call experience to the customers, keeping track of the valuable time to avoid potential delays.
Skills
- Expertise in working as a call center professional in a professional agency or BPO.
- Good command of verbal communication skills to intrigue the listener and provide accurate information.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong command of handling relevant computer operation activities to boost overall work productivity.
- Good command of effective negotiations with a knack for explaining all the benefits of a product or service.
- Portraying a positive outlook towards suggestions from the management related to required improvements.
