Eram Engineering, a reputable engineering firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction activities for a prestigious project in Neom. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, and leading a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage the overall construction process, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, designers, and subcontractors
- Oversee the selection and procurement of construction materials and equipment
- Review and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and related documentation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the construction team
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
- Prior experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices
- Proven ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectively
- Experience in project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Flexibility to work in Neom and adapt to project-specific requirements
