**Responsibilities:**

* Deliver exceptional guest service experiences throughout all phases of the guest’s stay.
* Proactively engage and collaborate with third-party vendors, including transportation, valet parking, and car rental companies.
* Provide informed recommendations regarding local attractions, dining establishments, shopping destinations, and sightseeing opportunities.
* Monitor service standards and guest feedback to assess the overall product, proposing both short-term and long-term improvements through regular reporting, daily summaries, and formal proposals.
* Proficiently utilize various computer systems across all Front Office departments.

**Qualifications:**

* A minimum of one year of experience within a luxury hotel environment or similar establishment is highly desirable.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
* Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong customer service orientation are required.
* Thorough knowledge of Dubai’s attractions and dining options is necessary.
* A guest-centric approach with a keen understanding of guest preferences is critical.
