Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Duties):**
The incumbent shall be responsible for: ensuring adherence to national and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., REACH, RoHS, ISO standards); evaluating materials and products for compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal requirements; conducting sustainability assessments and recommending process and product improvements; preparing comprehensive reports and documentation pertaining to compliance, audits, and sustainability initiatives; monitoring and reporting on environmental performance metrics and key sustainability performance indicators; engaging with regulatory authorities, clients, and certification organizations; supporting internal audits and coordinating corrective action implementation; collaborating with departments including Quality, Production, Research & Development, and Procurement to align sustainability and compliance objectives; and maintaining current knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory updates.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,in Environmental Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, sustainability, or regulatory affairs (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors).
- Knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
