Company Formations Executive

Our client is wishing to recruit a Company Formations Executive in their corporate services team. The team handles ADGM and DIFC incorporations and administration of those entities.

You would be responsible for:
* Administration of ADGM and DIFC entities such as updating Registers and completing annual filings with the DIFC and ADGM Registries;
* Filing documents to the minute book / internal software;
* Assisting with creating ADGM and DIFC entities’ profile on their internal software;
* Completing audit of entities after incorporation;
* Assisting with the incorporation application process;
