Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• The Communications Specialist is accountable to provide overall day-to-day management and ongoing development of the client intranet and website.
• The Communications Specialist is responsible for day-to-day operation and management of the client intranet, as well as managing updates to the client website. This person is responsible for maintaining standards in visual design, site navigation and in ensuring site content is regularly reviewed and updated through strong governance processes.
• They are also responsible for coordinating key stakeholders, engaging and training content publishers, developing and growing the sites, and managing the relationship with the platform suppliers.
• They lead on measurement and reporting metrics for all online communications activity.

Minimum Requirements–
Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years’ experience implementing or managing web sites or intranets.
• Experience presenting analytics in a format that non-technical personnel’s can understand.
• Demonstratable background in social media support both technical and end user/browser aspects
