Coffee Roaster

* Import and select the green coffee beans as the company standard by dealing with popular suppliers worldwide.

* Maintain the stock level of the coffee, coffee packaging, and other related things all the time. 

* Produce a roasted coffee as per the company standard profile.

* Develop the current coffee profile and propose profiles for development purposes.

* Operate the overall operation for the coffee production to have a smooth process.

* Responsible for all the cycle of the coffee from importing until reach to the customer

* Keep improving the setup of the coffee plant.

* Develop the quality control checklist and implement the HACCP certificate.

* The taste of the coffee must maintain the same profile all the time to avoid customer complaints.

* Setting Up a Coffee Testing Room/Coffee Laboratory.

* Continuously developing the coffee plant from all aspects.

* Visiting the coffee shops weekly and ensuring that baristas follow the standard while making a coffee and make the corrective action required. 

* Work for the assigned tasks

* Develop courses for the team regarding roasting and cupping
