Job Description:**Position: Climate and Sustainability Leader/Director – IMEA Region**

Marsh McLennan seeks a highly qualified Climate and Sustainability Leader/Director to join its team within the IMEA region. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, including a substantial background in regional consulting within the Middle East.

**Core Responsibilities:**

The incumbent will be responsible for the leadership and delivery of Climate & Sustainability consulting teams, ensuring the provision of high-quality project deliverables, and contributing to the realization of the organization’s strategic vision through operational excellence and sustained client relationships. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Leading and managing Climate & Sustainability consulting teams throughout the lifecycle of projects, encompassing analysis, scoping, planning, and execution.
* Developing and customizing Climate & Sustainability solutions to effectively address specific client requirements.
* Spearheading business development initiatives, including the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and engagement with clients and prospective clients to promote risk consulting services.
* Achieving specified sales revenue targets for the Climate & Sustainability Practice, with a focus on the GCC countries.
* Enhancing revenue and project profitability through the optimization of project delivery processes.
* Facilitating client success by prioritizing client interests, assisting in the resolution of challenges, and identifying new opportunities.
* Positioning Marsh Advisory as a strategic risk partner for key clients across the MENA region.
* Conducting comprehensive market, trend, and competitive analyses to inform the Climate & Sustainability Practice strategy.
