Our client is a leading company in Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry Industry. They are now looking for a Client Experience Expert to join them.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience according to VIP brand standards
  • Collects client’s information and registers in the system
  • Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge information and advertisements
  • Proactively supports the Sales staff on the floor should they need assistance
