Job Description:**الخيار:**
Assume comprehensive responsibility for the direction and oversight of all facets of farm operations, encompassing crop production, personnel administration, equipment upkeep, and integrated resource allocation, with the objective of maximizing productivity, quality, and profitability in accordance with the organization’s strategic agricultural objectives.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on farm management experience.
- Knowledge of modern farming methods and agricultural machinery.
- Experience in crop production and soil management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with farm management software is a plus.
