Job Description:**الخيار الرسمي:**
This position is responsible for driving the bank’s customer and revenue growth strategy across retail, SME, and ecosystem verticals, encompassing the definition and execution of go-to-market plans for core products. The role involves ensuring market-fit and Shariah compliance of Islamic financial products, leading their commercialization through strategic packaging, pricing, and distribution. Furthermore, the incumbent will oversee digital acquisition channels, optimize digital customer journeys, and develop tailored growth strategies for key customer segments. This includes cultivating strategic partnerships, integrating with relevant ecosystems, establishing and overseeing sales operations, and monitoring key performance indicators to achieve business objectives.
Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Islamic Banking, or Marketing. MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services. Proven leadership in Islamic product development, digital banking, or commercial scale-up roles. Experience in launching or scaling products in startup or greenfield environments.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Shariah-compliant financial products (Murabaha, Wakala, Mudaraba, etc.). Strong digital acumen, with exposure to app-based banking models, growth marketing, and channel analytics. Commercial mindset with track record of hitting revenue and acquisition targets. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and partnership skills. Strategic thinking with tactical execution capability in resource-constrained startup settings.
