Full knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheetsAnalyzing the financial year using approved auditing methods and preparing financial reportsAnalyzing expenses and revenues, preparing and analyzing cost items, completion rates and deviationsDirect and control all accounting, financial and reporting activities of the company.Provide financial information to the relevant administratorsSupervision of documents and financial documents.Planning, implementing and supervising appropriate accounting strategiesPreparing liquidity reports and debt analysisCarry out necessary reviews and analyzes and evaluate opportunities to reduce costsWorking on providing new sources of funding; to reduce loansScheduling and analyzing loans and working on reducing them and knowing the amount of money available to meet the company’s needs.Provide suggestions to improve the company’s financial accounting systems and proceduresMonitor the use of revenues to ensure the implementation of its approved plans and the ability to pay its obligations.Managing the company’s budget preparation process.
Job Requirements :
Extensive corporate and personal tax experienceGood MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.Able to motivate the team and lead.Able to thrive in deadline-driven environmentMaximum age 35 years.BS degree in Accounting or FinanceAt least 5 years of experience with construction companies
