Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a premier security surveillance technology and service provider in Iraq. We’re seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in driving sustained financial growth through superior sales performance and building strong alliances with Channel Partners.


– Conduct thorough regional market analyses across various product and solution categories.
– Synthesize market demand, current company offerings, and capabilities into an effective sales strategy.
– Establish and nurture novel channel partnerships, overseeing the onboarding process.
– Elevate existing partner relationships, encompassing contract negotiation and monthly follow-ups to ensure contractual objectives are met.
– Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, prognosticate monthly sales figures, and pinpoint emerging business prospects.
– Engage with diverse dealers, meticulously analyzing each purchased product model to optimize portfolios and bolster business and profitability.
– Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, whether commercial or technical, collaborating with relevant departments or external entities for swift resolution.
– Remain current with industry trends and competitor activities.
– Formulate and implement routine training regimens for partners and their clientele.
– Furnish comprehensive weekly and monthly sales KPI reports and meeting summaries.
– Skillfully oversee transactions with direct customers, ensuring streamlined ordering and delivery processes.
– Pursue sales and revenue targets as outlined by the Channel Sales Director or Country Manager.
– Assume additional responsibilities and undertake projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
– Stay well-informed through continuous learning, engaging in educational opportunities, and staying connected to industry publications and networks for the latest technological advancements.

– Possess 1-3 years experience in a sales-focused role within the Security/IT sector, coupled with a strong grasp of the regional channel market.
– Hold an Engineering degree.
– Exhibit a robust network within the local Channel landscape.
– Demonstrate adept sales skills, including attentive listening and the ability to tailor presentations to meet individual customer needs.
– Display agility in swiftly understanding new products and solutions, effectively closing deals by aligning them with customer requirements.
– Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Demonstrate persistence, proactivity, and a self-directed approach to driving business objectives.
– Effectively motivate support teams and navigate time-sensitive sales environments.
– Showcase competitiveness and efficiency in achieving set targets.
– Possess strong public speaking, multitasking, and time management capabilities.
– Maintain a valid driving license.
