Job Description :

Preparation of confidential documents and reports, as requested by the CEO and Trust head office colleagues.Provides comprehensive support services to CEO that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole. While troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.  Preparation of confidential documents and reports, as requested by the CEO and Trust head office colleagues. Actively managing the CEO’s diary, organizing appointments and meetings to ensure effective time management and focus on priorities and that the CEO is aware of diary commitments. Organizing and managing meetings and filing systems, including minute taking as required.Receiving, processing, and where appropriate responding directly to communications – email, post, and telephone.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.From 2 to 4 Years of experience in the same filed.Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
