Description

Reporting the the Board, this person will be responsible for;

Managing all activities for the business in Kuwait and other marketsPlanning and directing multiple functions including the commercial, marketing, technical, operations, sales etc. through a team of leaders directly and indirectly to the entire organisationBuilding the real estate and expansion strategy for the brandsEnhancing customer experience strategy for the brands and identify new strategies to enhance servicesDelivering key financial targets (Sales, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, working capital and so on…) versus budgetAdoption of new and innovative strategies aligning with the global shifts in F&B strategies with the adoption of cloud kitchens etcBuilding a shared sense of purpose among all employees in the Country and within the matrix.

Profile

To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience;
The ideal candidate is currently, or has been a General Manager or a senior executive of a business unit within a sizeable international or local Retail or F&B Industry. If not, the candidate has a similar level of experience coming from an F&B tech organisation willing to divert their experience on the F&B sideSuccessful general management experience with direct responsibility for a senior management team, and a demonstrated track record of delivering top line growth and bottom line performanceAs the role is based in Kuwait, the candidate must be willing to relocate
