Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

This role encompasses a comprehensive range of functions including: (1) auditing logistics, insurance, and related invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies, thereby accelerating receivables recovery, mitigating bad debt risks, enhancing settlement efficiency, and improving client satisfaction; (2) diagnosing settlement workflow inefficiencies, advocating for system enhancements, and designing automated tools to minimize manual intervention, improve accuracy, and support scalable business growth; (3) monitoring contract terms, settlement documentation, and fund flows to identify and proactively mitigate compliance risks, ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards to safeguard corporate integrity; (4) facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to resolve settlement bottlenecks and delivering financial training and data insights to drive system adoption and operational efficiency; (5) generating periodic settlement analytics, leveraging data modeling to uncover risks and opportunities, and providing management with actionable insights for strategic adjustments and goal achievement; and (6) tracking receivables aging and collection progress, deploying proactive strategies to optimize recovery, and analyzing bad debt root causes to refine processes, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
