Effectively answer all customer queries, log the query on maximize and either resolve the query directly or direct it to the correct department in the Company and provide a follow up service to close or conclude each query.Duties and responsibilities:Determines requirements by working with customers.Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.Maintains call center database by entering information.
