Job Description :

Responsible for taking inbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service.Working hours:  rotatonal9-hour shifts including 1 hour break Location: MaadiLearn, understand, retain and regularly update and demonstrate product/process knowledge.Transportation to meeting pointsSocial and medical insurance.

Job Requirements :

English level : B2 – C1 “ Excellent up to fluent  ”Having a call center experience is mandatory.Gender: Males and FemalesRotational shifts2 days offPaid trainingGraduates, Gap Years & dropped outMales must have an identified Military status
