About the Job

  • Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
  • Following up complicated customer calls when required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

  • Very good up to Excellent command of Spoken English
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Eligibility to Convert to be a Bank Staff after One Year
