The incumbent is responsible for providing exemplary customer service by professionally and efficiently managing customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. This includes furnishing accurate product and service information, resolving customer complaints with expediency to ensure satisfaction, and meticulously documenting all interactions within the CRM system as per established protocols. Furthermore, the incumbent will conduct follow-up procedures to confirm issue resolution and adherence to company service standards. Collaboration with other departments is required to address customer needs and escalate complex matters. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and policies is essential. Performance will be evaluated against individual and team targets, including metrics related to call handling time and customer satisfaction. Continuous professional development through participation in training sessions focused on product knowledge and customer service excellence is mandated. All customer interactions must conform to stipulated company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
