Charterhouse is working with an established organic café and bakery who are expanding into the Qatar market and looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee there first location.
About the role
The Operations Manager will work closely with the owner to execute the vision of the brand in the first Qatar location. You will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, managing a team of approx. 15 per shift across both FOH & BOH.
You will liaise with suppliers, work to grow sales, control wastage, support the chef and owner in tailoring the menu and products to the market trends. You will ensure all SOP’s and brand standards are maintained at all times, providing a consistently high level of customer service.
