Job Description

Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
• Meet and understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet and solve the issues.
• Communicating new product developments to prospective customers.
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
• Providing management with feedback and exploring all potentials in Food service filed.
• Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
• Develop all principals through all BCO HoReCa channels (Restaurant, Hotels, QSR, Catering, Cafes) with a focus on potential customers.
• Visit all potential customers frequently and offer them the basket products and provide feedbacks/insights accordingly.
• Sample/demonstrate all potential customer and follow up with them to close deals across all existing channels/customers for all products within foodservice.
• Provide weekly/monthly feedback/report on the result of all customer visits (status of each customer visited) and send your report to National Sales Manager and Business unit head.
• Participate negotiations with Category Managers on opportunities to build suitable and sustainable business models of various deals.
• Handle all corporate communications related to the various projects and products with principals.
• Establish launch/relaunch plans with principal and conduct smooth execution for particular brands.

•Identify issues and opportunities in the market and share proposed action plan for sales teams and RSM and monitor execution.
