They are currently looking to build a strong and diversifiedu00a0Business Development teamu00a0to join their team in the UAE; both in Abu Dhabi and Dubai branches. Therefore we are currently looking to hire both,u00a0‘Business Development Executives‘ (with 2-4 years of experience) and ‘Business Development Managersu00a0(5+ years of experience) to be based in the UAE.

The Business Development team willu00a0take care of the entire customer life cycle with a major focus on acquisition. S/He is responsible for an end-to-end sales process that involves; Lead generation, Cold Calling, Meeting with Clients, Prospecting, converting into customers, and finally overseeing excellent after-sales services. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.u00a0

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Should have interest in Business Development (B2C/B2B) for Software Application products/solutions.u00a0
  • Meet prospective clients, and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
  • Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.

Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication.
  • An outgoing personality, tenacious attitude, good listening skills, and unlimited drive to succeed
  • Should be proficient in English language, knowing regional language Hindi and/or Arabic will be a plus.u00a0
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates should beu00a0current residents of the UAE and hold a valid driving license

The work schedule:u00a0Monday till Saturday 9am till 6pm. Sunday is off
