Job Description:**الخيار:**
Assume responsibility for the execution and management of designated business projects, engaging with assigned clients as necessary to conduct preliminary evaluations of problematic situations. Gather comprehensive information pertaining to the Joint Venture’s operations through diverse methodologies. Analyze and interpret collected data to identify deficiencies, challenges, and their underlying causes. Develop well-reasoned recommendations and solutions, meticulously considering the Joint Venture’s specific requirements, capabilities, and limitations, and subsequently compiling concise reports. Present findings and proposed solutions to the Joint Venture, supported by robust justification and pragmatic counsel. Formulate detailed business plans designed to facilitate incremental or transformative changes. Support the Joint Venture in the implementation of said plans, addressing any emergent discrepancies. Offer guidance and support in resolving any problems or issues that may arise.
Skills:
- Proven experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
