Job Description:**Introduction:**

We are initiating the launch of a novel modest fashion brand dedicated to embodying elegance, confidence, and cultural authenticity for teenage girls and young women. Our mission is to redefine modest apparel through the integration of creativity, comfort, and superior quality. To facilitate the establishment and advancement of our brand, we are seeking a dedicated **Brand Lead** to oversee product development, manage the comprehensive manufacturing process, and serve as the central point of contact from initial design conception to the final product realization.

**Role Summary:**

The Brand Lead will assume responsibility for the complete production lifecycle, encompassing the period from design handover to final product delivery, while ensuring consistent adherence to brand standards, established timelines, and defined quality expectations. This individual will function as the principal liaison between internal teams (design, marketing, management) and external production partners (factories, suppliers).

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assume ownership and management of the end-to-end production workflow from initial concept to final delivery.
* Translate design concepts into precise and comprehensive production briefs for dissemination to manufacturing facilities.
* Identify and select optimal manufacturing partners for product development, ensuring the attainment of stipulated production timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary objectives.
* Track and manage sampling, prototyping, sizing, and bulk order approvals.
* Monitor production schedules proactively, addressing any potential issues related to delays, material sourcing, or quality deviations.
* Collaborate effectively with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
* Maintain meticulously organized documentation pertaining to Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), specifications, and technical sheets.
* Conduct regular and rigorous quality control inspections throughout the production process.
* Research and procure sustainable, ethically sourced, and high-quality materials as needed.
* Cultivate a community and manage offline events to foster brand awareness and expand our customer base.

**Qualifications:**

* A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of demonstrated experience in fashion production or brand management; prior experience working with modest fashion brands and/or local manufacturing facilities is highly desirable.
* Comprehensive understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and methodologies.
* The ability to manage multiple functions, particularly Marketing & Design, will be an advantage.
* Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational capabilities.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred, though not mandatory.
* Demonstrated passion for modest fashion and emerging youth culture.
