Job Requirements :

Holds a university degreeMinimum of 6 years of related experienceKnowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape Proactive, enjoying intelligence, innovative and creative thinkingSelf-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing teamAttention to detailFluent in Arabic and English, both written and spokenAbility to effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision, persistent in follow-up and completion of multiple initiativesExcel in communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent use of MS OfficeHigh presentation & analytical skillsWillingness to “roll up the sleeves” and do what it takes to get the job done
