**Job Responsibilities and Duties:**

* Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the cosmetics market, encompassing both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sectors.
* Formulate the annual strategic plan for the brand’s marketing activities, and conduct analyses of these activities to identify potential opportunities and address challenges.
* Analyze the brand’s market positioning and consumer insights, adapting the brand strategy accordingly for the targeted market. A consumer-centric approach is highly desirable.
* Develop and maintain the brand’s presence on social media platforms in collaboration with the creative team, engaging in consistent brainstorming and collaboration with all relevant teams to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
* Manage and implement marketing analyses to ascertain the requirements and trends within the competitive market.
* Define the fundamental principles and marketing message for advertising campaigns, coordinating internally and externally to oversee implementation across diverse promotional platforms, including television advertisements and social networking campaigns.
* Generate written content for product packaging and determine the appropriate packaging format in accordance with current marketing trends.
* Monitor the execution of promotional events and submit comprehensive reports to stakeholders detailing progress and developments.
* Ensure the effective implementation of marketing plans (encompassing creation, development, monitoring, control, and revision) and strategies to achieve annual profitability objectives; develop messaging, marketing initiatives, and marketing materials; and plan and monitor marketing budgets.
* Ensure that sales representatives acquire and utilize optimal product, medical, and competitive knowledge.
* Serve as a brand advocate to cultivate enthusiasm among the sales force.
* Identify and communicate local market insights regarding opportunities and challenges, and present local marketing interests.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement new strategies and activities.
* Collaborate with the Graphic Design, E-commerce, Public Relations (PR), Point of Sale (POS), and Digital Teams to streamline Finance, Research & Development (R&D), and the Supply Chain, ensuring the success of category campaigns.
* Monitor market trends and conduct research on consumer markets and competitor activities.

Skills:

  • Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Vet.
  • 2: 3 years of experience as a brand manager with a successful record. 
  • Preferred experience in the cosmetics industry in dermatology and pediatrics. 
  • Experience in Skin & Hair care products is a MUST! 
  • Marketing diploma from a certified institute or university. 
  • Presentable, excellent communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, marketing best practices, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent in English language (Written & Verbal)
  • Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
