Job Description :

With LIBRA being a start-up brand your focus is on creating brand awareness and retail sales online & offline. The main part of your role is to create an online & offline marketing strategy, overseeing our media platforms, overseeing content for social media, initiating campaigns online & offline with high return. Further, identifying opportunities, communicating, coordinating and maintaining good relationship with sports organizations, potential brand ambassadors, journalists and key players in the Egyptian sports scene and gathering this information in an organized manner. You will also be responsible for creating a marketing budget with forecasted results on a monthly and quarterly basis.Key Responsibilities:Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights Helping shape and communicate Libra’s vision and mission through products and marketingTranslating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategiesDevise innovative growth strategiesMonitor product distribution and consumer reactionsMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIsEstablish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimatesLeading online & offline marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness & sales Utilizing marketing platforms and creating a digital marketing strategy with the end goal of increasing brand awareness and sales effectively. Must have experience with media buying on social media, google analytics, SEO’s, creating marketing campaigns, and reporting on the outcomes of the marketing initiatives.  Must also be aware of all new social media tools and online tools for marketing.Must create a yearly and quarterly budget for marketing campaignsArranging new product developments with the designer and brainstorms new ideasCreate the selling and pricing strategy with relevant price listsInitiate new retail channels online and offlineEvaluating all available marketing opportunities online & offline and choose which exhibitions etc are most suitable for Libra  – should include these opportunities in the quarterly marketing planEnsure Libra media coverage through online and offline media platformsDevelop/ maintain relationships and identify opportunities with local sports communities, potential brand ambassadors, sports organizations, journalists for creating online content and strategies 

Job Requirements :

Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand ManagerProven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers Outstanding communication skills Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices Degree in marketing or a related fieldWeekend work may occur from time to time due to brand activation events, participation in sports events or trade shows
