Job Description

We are looking for a talented, and experienced Brand and Communications Manager to lead our communications department, help us grow our brand, and raise our brand awareness.

In this position, you will lead our content, social, design, and partnerships teams. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.


  • Strategy
    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
    • Set the overall Content and Communication Marketing strategy across our portfolio of services including
      • Voice
      • Content
      • Mediums
      • Investment
    • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market activities
    • Align marketing metrics directly with business metrics 
  • Execution
    • Create guidelines that define our company’s voice both online and offline
    • Generate thought leadership to drive brand differentiation
    • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
    • Work with different departments to generate and execute on new brand and communication ideas and strategies.
    • Develop and align customer experiences at all touchpoints
      • Website / mobile app / email / social media / regular media
    • Execute integrated programs for the entire user journey
      • Engage users prior to their landing on the site, after their landing, and throughout their life journey
    • Manage partners, influencers, and communities
    • Audit and review brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints

    • Lead the team of marketing and public relations staff
    • Lead efforts at maximizing brand awareness, service consideration, trial, and customer satisfaction including
