Job Description
The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the 65 Degrees restaurant in Jeddah, with a focus on specialty coffee and breakfast offerings. This will include overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the restaurant is profitable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, with a particular focus on specialty coffee and breakfast offerings
- Hire, train, and manage staff members, with a focus on developing their knowledge of specialty coffee and breakfast preparation
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and high-quality food, with a particular focus on coffee and breakfast offerings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with a particular focus on coffee and breakfast preparation areas
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue, with a particular focus on promoting specialty coffee and breakfast offerings
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, with a particular focus on coffee and breakfast ingredients and supplies

Skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, with a particular focus on specialty coffee and breakfast offerings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a particular focus on communicating about coffee and breakfast offerings to staff and customers
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a particular focus on developing staff knowledge and skills related to specialty coffee and breakfast preparation
- Knowledge of specialty coffee and breakfast preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and various breakfast dishes
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a particular focus on coffee and breakfast preparation areas
- Ability to manage finances and maintain profitability, with a particular focus on the costs and revenue associated with specialty coffee and breakfast offerings
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems, with a particular focus on systems used to manage specialty coffee and breakfast orders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a particular focus on resolving issues related to specialty coffee and breakfast offerings
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
