Our client is a family-owned company founded in 1986 and is currently one of the leading providers of electromechanical products and services in the HVAC industry.
Our client is hiring branch manager in Riyadh.
The Branch Manager is responsible for effective and profitable management of personnel, inventory, maintenance, administration and sales. In addition to working with regional managers and sales representatives to establish and meet sales goals. The branch manager will also explore strategic direction of the branch and regular reporting.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sales: Involves establishing and achieving branch profitability goals and increase market share
- Increase market penetration
- Present and sell company products & services to current and potential clients
- Identify sales prospects
- Spend an adequate amount of time in the field to guide & direct sales representatives
- Maintain knowledge of product design and applications
- Maintain contact with customers and suppliers and build favorable company image
- Follow up with customers for collection of payments
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Resolve problems & complaints
- Ensure department staff has proper tools to make successful presentations
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Prior experience in a branch management role or similar
- Experience in the HVAC field or similar is a big plus
- Transferable Iqama is required if the candidate is not Saudi
