Job Description :
Achieve sales & profit target –manage P&L to required budgetsCustomer relations managementDelivery of products meeting the quality, service & cleanliness standards requiredImplementation of health and safety with adherence to all current legislationEnsure the proper level of hygiene, safety & maintenance in the restaurant, safe condition of work, food handling procedures, etc.Monitors sales projections and budgets versus actual salesImplements approved sales building programsMaintain restaurant building and equipment in a condition that ensures customer service and customer image goals are metHandle customer complaint
Job Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Restaurant ManagerStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsV.good financial management skillsBSc degree Excellent leadership skills
