BIM Modelers

We are seeking experienced BIM Modelers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong proficiency in Revit. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on landscape projects and have experience in the Gulf region. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Create accurate 3D models using BIM software, with a focus on landscape projects
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements
3. Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Coordinate and integrate data from various disciplines into the BIM model
5. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the model
6. Generate and maintain quantity take-offs and material schedules
7. Produce construction documents and drawings from the BIM model
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM tools and techniques
9. Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler
2. Strong proficiency in Revit
3. Experience working on landscape projects
4. Prior experience in the Gulf region
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
6. Knowledge of construction processes and codes
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
