Job Description:

Lead and manage the BIM Executive Drawings team to deliver high-quality, accurate, on-time construction documentation.
Coordinate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM models and executive/shop drawings across all phases.
Oversee development, review, and final approval of drawings, ensuring compliance with specs, BEP, standards, and client requirements.
Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, libraries, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
Mentor, train, and support team members on Revit/BIM tools and workflows (worksharing, families, phasing, model health).
Collaborate with PMs, architects, structural, and MEP leads to resolve design/coordination issues efficiently (advanced clash coordination).
Monitor progress, allocate resources, and manage workloads to meet deadlines and milestones, while maintaining clear reporting.
Perform QA/QC checks on models and deliverables; uphold company and industry standards.
Run regular remote team reviews/stand-ups; provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Track and evaluate emerging BIM tech/trends; recommend process/tooling improvements to elevate team performance and outcomes.
