As a Bid Writer at Musanadah Facilities Management, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts. You will be responsible for creating persuasive and well-researched bid proposals . Your primary goal will be to win contracts and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for bid proposals.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, industries, and competitors to tailor proposals effectively.
- Review and summarize Request for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations.
- Write, edit, and proofread bid documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
- Manage multiple bid projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and submission requirements.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a similar role,
- Experience in the facilities management industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software/tools.
