**Job Description:**

The Bell Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and escorting guests to their accommodations. This role also involves offering information regarding hotel services and amenities, addressing guest requests promptly and professionally, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance areas. Collaboration with the front office and concierge teams is essential to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel is preferred.
* Demonstrated commitment to providing friendly, professional, and service-oriented assistance.
* Physical capability to lift and transport luggage.
* Proficiency in the local language with strong communication skills. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
