Job Description:**Concierge Attendant Job Description**

Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is seeking a dedicated Concierge Attendant to join our team. **Responsibilities:**

* Ensure the prompt, secure, and efficient handling of guest luggage upon arrival, during their stay, and upon departure, adhering to established baggage claim procedures.
* Park guest and visitor vehicles in designated hotel parking areas.
* Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up.
* Manage the issuance of guest room key cards, maintaining strict control for guest security.
* Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the Concierge desk immediately.
* Maintain awareness of and adherence to the hotel’s accident prevention policies.
* Ensure the Concierge Desk area is maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with operational and organizational requirements.
* Manage lobby paging services under the supervision of the Concierge.
* Engage in suggestive selling and provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities.
* Coordinate with the Front Office to safeguard payment of guest folios, adhering to scanty baggage procedures and ensuring the secure release of guest baggage upon departure.
* Escort guests to their rooms, providing explanations of hotel and room facilities, including lighting, television, safe, air conditioning, and fire exits.
* Ensure luggage is properly placed for guests’ convenience.
* Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing directions and assistance as needed.
* Review the log book, verify outstanding tasks, and follow up on pending items.
* Assess the daily hotel situation, including occupancy, events, groups, and VIP guests.
* Systematically file daily Concierge desk reports and documents under the supervision of the Concierge.
* Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, responding promptly to all requests and inquiries.
* Communicate pertinent information to the incoming shift to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain continuous contact with hotel guests to address and resolve any problems or complaints efficiently and courteously.
* Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of messages, newspapers, parcels, and packages to guests, adhering to hotel policy.
* Arrange guest transportation requests, including limousine service, shuttle bus, and car rental, in coordination with the hotel’s car rental agent.
* Handle telephone calls at the Concierge desk.
* Review and update the logbook regularly.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role required.
