Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons according Our Standards
- Interact with customers and regular guests, take orders and serve food and beverages
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations with upselling and cross selling
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations as well as the company policies and SOP’s
Skills
Requirements and Skills
- Proven working experience as a Bartender in an alcoholic bar
- Strong knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Basic POS knowledge
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean at all time
- Relevant training certificates
- Preferably WSET level 1or 2(preferably in spirits)
- Charismatic and energetic personality
- Time management skills
- Must be able work in quickly, in fast-paced environments and methodically.
- Must be able to Lift heavy items (about 30-35kg), such as beer kegs and different items.
- Must have a good organization skills and must have a good memory to remember all recipes
