Job Description:e&global services is seeking Customer Service Advisors proficient in English (B2 level or higher) to manage customer inquiries from the United Arab Emirates via email and chat. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field, exhibit flexibility with rotational shifts, and be capable of adhering to performance metrics. The compensation package includes a net monthly salary of 15,800 EGP, a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) of 20% effective from the date of joining, a bonus program (3,000 EGP), a referral program (2,000 EGP per referral), an annual salary increase, comprehensive social and medical insurance, access to a complimentary VPN line, defined career path options, potential for promotion after six months of employment, and opportunities for international travel to the UAE.
