Job Description
Have knowledge and experience in the following:
- Avaya CM – communication manager (installation, configuration, and administration) (Configure the dialplan, aar, ars, route pattern, vector, vdn)
- Avaya SM – session manager (installation, configuration, and administration) (configure sip entity, routing, traces, sip messages)
- Knowledge in Avaya SMGR – system manager (installation, configuration, and administration)
- Avaya AES – Avaya Enablement Service (installation, configuration, and administration)
- Avaya SBC – session boarder controller (installation, configuration, and administration) (routing, sip user)
- Ability to troubleshoot the Avaya voice system (CM,SM,SMGR,AES,SBC)
