Job Description:**Option:**
> To achieve revenue growth and attain sales objectives, the Sales Manager will effectively administer the automotive sales team. This includes the design and execution of a strategic business plan to broaden the company’s customer acquisition and ensure a robust market presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will cultivate enduring customer relationships through collaborative partnerships and a comprehensive understanding of client needs. The Sales Manager will also prepare and present sales, revenue, and expenditure reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team, and proactively identify emerging markets and competitive landscapes while maintaining a current understanding of new product offerings.
Skills:
- Must Have Experience in the Automotive Field and in the same position .
- Living in UAE
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
